Jason Horn is a CT licensed ASHI Certified home inspector servicing the Fairfield county and Western sections of CT. Jason Horn came to home inspection through the Kaplan Training school in 2008. As a licensed home inspector and ASHI member, Jason has worked over the past 8 years to hone his skills as a licensed home inspector. He is a regular contributor to The Newtown Patch. His blog “Horn On Homes” offers seasonal advice and shares some of the issues he sees on his inspections. His previous 20 year experience as a television lighting electrician, where he worked with such talents as Martha Stewart, Emeril Lagasse and Rachael Ray affords him the technical expertise which he incorporates into his inspections on a daily basis. He specializes in commercial and residential home inspections, providing detailed reports. With a strong focus on servicing the customer and providing the information to make an educated decision in regards to the property purchase. He helps them navigate through the haze of information to focus on the real concerns.
